Keep in mind that What comes down hard on people doing giveaways here. Also, keep in mind half the people here looking for invites will be traders or scumbags of some sort, and they're pretty harsh on people who invite those folk too. Just a heads up.

Secondly, I'd keep the invite for people whose country's banned from the IRC interview for whatever reason. It doesn't take much effort to take the interview and get invited by a staff member.

It's because (without accusing you of anything), many people from your same country have been caught cheating, trading or selling, and thus the What.cd staff removed their access to the IRC interview, which they see as a privilege and not a right.

I didn't know about this either, so I will only give the invite to someone who cannot join the irc chan. because their country is banned.

Feel free to ask a staff member if you have doubts about any of your applicants. They can check their IPs and see if he's telling the truth.

well im interested what.cd invite too.
i try to get one from the IRC but israel is banned too, what a surprise.
i know i dont have fast connection but with the right upload with 40kb\s, and sometimes use seedbox i success to save my ratio positive.

Nope, it doesn't ban them from the tracker, only from the IRC interview. You can still get in if invited.

Well, What.cd has 131,844 users at this moment ( 05-11-10 ). I think KRink should be careful of giving invites here. I once did a giveaway on a Danish version of FST. Somehow What.cd found the forum where I did giveaways and then banned me. I had the same nickname on the Danish version of FST and on What.cd. I spoke with them on IRC, they were kind to open my aacount, but they disabled my invites
