Extracting Functional Software from This Download...

I've downloaded and extracted files from this URL...

...but I cannot turn the resulting data into functional software?

No instructions were provided there on how to do this. I lack the expertise to accomplish the task without guidance.

(As if by way of proof of my cluelessness...I observe the lack of any *.exe or setup files in the extracted data, as well as the absence of a crack file to be inserted therein.)

And so I seek guidance here.

Thanks to anyone who can provide it, and who are kind enough to do so.
