    I'm not a member of the other trackers but I can confirm that cinematik and norbits are both up. SCC is up too atm.

    It was a peering issue in prq to my knowledge. I would assume it was something they had to do since they are currently hosting wiki though.

    500 error is faulty coding on the site in most cases however.

    As I understand it, they hit many sites on purpose, to lock out wikileaks. Noone wants to host a site, that really hurts business
