Pretty much means anyone with bad upload connection is screwed if they are trying to get into Sparvar, which is a good thing bad thing. Bad for the people trying to get but good for the collective download speed of the torrents there. Should max your download bandwidth right out.

Don't they have an invite system so that you still have a chance to get in? Just like What.cd lets you join if someone invites you, even if your country is banned from the IRC interview.

Yes they do, you can use your points there to get them. That being said don't know how long theoretically it would take to get the necessary amount of points to get an invite.Don't they have an invite system so that you still have a chance to get in?
