I don't think there are any HD-T staff members here, so your best bet would be to have a friend on the tracker pass this to their staff.

Like anon said you can contact them in that email, IF you haven't done that already.

There's only one email adress and that's for problems and informations that is in violation with a privacy law reports.

As for the IRC channel, there is one ( if you have trouble finding it, send me a PM ) but it's passworded.

Maybe if @pakito instead of bumps and ups gives us more details about what his problem is, since when, username ...etc we could help more.

hmm, yup i stand corrected! There is a channel after all.
and is on the server pakito wrote on the first post.
There are just a few people in there, and from what they say staff is not inside very often, and that's why the place is deserted and most people don't know about it.
but like charon said, we could be more of a help if we knew what kind of problem you have.
