    that's nice but the deluge client dosen't have a stop option for torrents only pause?confused

    I think pausing in Deluge is the same as stopping in uTorrent.

    Yeah, I don't know what's up with that. It does have the nice option of dividing by tracker though - basically only important for those who use a lot of private trackers.

    Isn't deluge heavy on resources ? Also it does need the gtk libraries .

    Yes, it does need the GTK+ runtime, which adds some bloat. However, I have a 6-year old PC and it can run the Java-based Azureus without any issues, so any modern computer should be able to cope with Deluge.

    Why don't you focus instead on tweaking your NTFS file system, like removing time stamps, smart placement, cache, etc ?
    That would have a true impact on your performance.

    Good choice, but sadly, Vuze remains banned on a few popular private trackers. So, unless the thread starter feels like dual-wielding different clients... unless he's not a member there, of course.
