We've been doing homebrew beer for about 2 years now and we wanted to move to a more harder liqueur - spirits.

Assuming I have a license, what other utensils should I look out for? It took me about 3 kegs, 4 varieties of sugar and two thermometer before I was happy with my equipment. Don't want to go through the hassle again if I move to spirits.

So, any suggestions whether they be resources you've used, techniques etc will be greatly appreciated.

I might start off with Vodka. Looked at this guide: http://www.squidoo.com/How-To-Make-Potato-Vodka Looks simple enough for entry level enthusiasts.
