Bastards and they have the bollocks to do this!!!! They are taking the piss people....listen, everytime you have interuption in service with NTL, either in TV, Interactive , Broadband, whatever....complain...believe me ive had shitloads of problems with my 1meg line and tv....box changed 5 times, engineers constantly round, on the phone to customer services and technical etc..they ended up giving me 4 months broadband free, and 6 months on my tv services, plus a groveling letter...fight the power and give it back to them.....remember....everytime you have a problem, and it becomes regular....COMPLAIN !!!!
