I suggest Pop This!, get it here http://www.mathies.com/popthis/

Its built into IE, and it has the option not to hear a sound, so I browse the internet not even knowing when I get a popup.

I use a modified version of PopUp Stopper 2.6 by PanicWare. I found it suited my need's perfectly (for the most part, I just hated all the junk menu's and shit in it so I removed them all with Resource Hacker and replaced the icon's with one's that made more sense, reduced the main executable's file size down from over 700Kb to just over 100Kb's, load's and run's alot faster now too lol) and stop's 99% of popup's and popunders, though it does not block ad's but ZA does that for the most part :-)

Opera is a great browser with a built-in popup blocker.

The reason I asked if all of u had NIS03 or 04 is because with it and following the 4 tips i have in my sig about hosts, I assure u, ul never get a pop (for as long as u keep maintaining them). installing more and more software on ur pc is only going to destablize the OS.

To me, the best is PopUpCop. All you have to do is to update regularly. And it isn't eating memory.

Google Toolbar is the best because it is so much more than just a pop-up blocker.
