well thanos killed everybody but the silver surfer of course (who would kick supermans ass any day by the way) and adam warlock, who then broght back thor, drax, and the hulk to defeat him. also, hulk would kill superman lol. superman could only run from the hulk. how about

Well you said superhero... but i see vilians listed too.

with that in mind, I would take galacticus, the guy eats plantes for lunch for petes sake. Though onslaught was pretty bad ass in his own right.

but over all. The Phoenix force w/, w/o Jean Grey. No doubt. She has manhandled everyone.
