I think my globetrotting days are decades behind me.

It's a lot less fun if you need to do it for work. But at least it's cheaper.

On a different subject: Fcuk! It did not occur to me at the time of reading RARBG's farewell notice, but I just figured out that it also means the end of ION10 releases, I guess. Dammit. That was my goto source for TV shows...

TV is my go to source for TV. If God hadn't intended for me to pay for cable, He never would have created money.

It was the only way to make people pay for that 55% of Canadian content. If Trudeaunia was a democracy, you'd be allowed to watch as much Hollywood trash as you want

    Interesting thinking

Also interesting, my tv is only a few years old and with the built in antenna, i get like 300 odd free channels (for real), i assume it pumps off the CN tower here??

    And Truth today....

I don't know if you can call it "Cable" anymore considering all local paid services are now "ITV" (Internet Based Streaming)....

    Again Anon, interesting thinking....

PS. Idol..... Getting ready to leave for the Golf course, beautiful day today here.., Not in your neck of the woods today Idol, playing Lebovic today just north of me
Might be playing Black Diamond Friday??

If you play "Right Handed", I do have 4 other sets of irons for you to try if you want, Mickey of Vodka or Single Malt you have to supply on your own........
The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money

My cable company still uses analog. Switching to digital or IPTV would free up frequency spectrum and allow offering a better Internet service (maybe DOCSIS 4.0 eventually), but they care not.

Surely it's a sign of impending Armageddon-- I requested Concast send someone to move our cable line out of the way for our shed to be moved underneath-- and he arrived 15 minutes *early*. Internet still works.

The universe had to balance for my area having a blackout most of today! Also, I take it this documentary remains accurate?
