Dual boot win2k or XP with your 98 and use the NTFS defrag to defrag win98. Takes only minutes to defrag 10gig plus you have the added benefit of having an up to date alternate OS.

I get a Error 404 on that DL.
Several of the links appear to be swamped or broken ATM.
Keep trying, or just DL using K-Lite.
