Season 2 of Jack Ryan is OKish. At least there are spec ops blowing shit up in an uncartoon fashion way.

I haven't watched it. I just can't picture Krasinski as a action hero. Maybe it's because I hate The Office.

I used to make a hobby out of collecting whiskey/whisky/bourbon when I could throw my money away more freely. The good news is that except for Midleton, whiskey still tends to be cheaper than a good single malt What's your drink of choice?

I usually drink Bushmills Black Bush or Bushmills Single Malt 10-year. A friend of mine owns a liquor store so I can get almost anything at cost. He gave me a bottle of Green Spot Single Pot Still a few months ago. Really nice, but expensive and I guess can be tough to get. I recently have started drinking Vodka again. Kettle One is a great choice, straight or on the rocks.

But for an every day drink, i stick to Crown Royal, on the golf course it is a mixture of Vodka/Smirnoff's and Perks/T1's/Muscle Relaxants, all with codeine

Truth, bourbon was never my thing, too sweet.....

Admittingly his face works against him but he did a good job in 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi although the beard definitely helps.

I think the point of the Jack Ryan character though is that he's kind of caught between two worlds.

Green Spot good for sipping as is Powers and Redbreast. There are better but then you start getting into lack of availability or serious money.

Amazon paid me $20 to preview the first 3 or 4 episodes a couple months back. Honestly, I think he works in the role. He's not a badass action hero, but mostly in Intelligence and goes to hotspots to investigate his theories. Krasinski 's got talent.

Meg,you're a big Star Wars fan ie homo so I assume you've been anticipating this The Mandalorian show like a tween girl does a Demi Lovato release.

I watched the trailer and amazingly pig Nolte still looks like Nick Nolte only less gross.
