Some people have problems playing videos when they turn overlays off.
I never knew it caused any conflicts, I turned off overlays a long time ago, but I normaly use videolan to play movies, so I haven't had any issues

Whats The Shortcut In Wmp To Take A Screanshot?
CTRL+I, or you could use the longcut and disable overlays>'print screen'>open editing prog>paste>save as, etc etc
