    Total = $370

    $300 is not really enough when u need a case, psu, mobo, cpu, ram.....im not saying it cant be done but if u could stretch to whats above then ud have a good system (that cpu will get to 3200+ quite easily as long as u stick to some good ram and a mobo that will let u get there)

    Dude..I got that deal in my email..we got the same deal i find that really funny lol

    Yep thats the exact same stuff I was looking at lol. Thanks.

    Now about overclocking with that ram...when I raise the FSB of my CPU 200X11, which is what it will be, will that also mess with the ram or anything? and the timings of the ram can you change that? is it in the bios? thanks...STILL WORKING ON THAT SS

    *EDIT*EDIT*- I just noticed that on the sticker for tha PSU it says "Pentium 4" on it....I guess we cant get this for the AMD?

    u wont need to mess with the timings...the mem is pc3200 which at standard should be able to handle 200mhz with absolutly no probs...the kingston memory is very good and u should at 200mhz get timings of sumthin like 2,2,2,5 which is good...as long as you dont change anythin then the ram will default to the timings stored in its spd which for the kingston are possibly 2,2,2,5 but i cant remember

    I don't think that the Pentium 4 sticker means that it won't work with your AMD.
    300w is marginal IMO, though.
    Maybe you can run a dual PSU?
    That's my current project...
