People upload at a maximum of 15.00kb/s from me. It doesn&#39;t matter how many people upload from me. That 15.00kb/s ends up being divided between the users. For example, if 15 users upload at the same time, then each one will only get 1.00kb/s from me.

Meanwhile, it has no affect (or impaired speed) on my downloading at all. I&#39;ll still get the 85.00kb/s that I rarely get on KaZaALite. The only impaired speed I get is from downloading a file from a user(s) who have a slow connection.
