is there a way to turn it off? i mean...you told me to do same thing to turn off... but just old me "no settings were changed" do i have to reboot or something?

Of course theres a way to turn it off. All its doing mate is testing all your drivers.But for me to tell you exact how i would have to run the it too.

Run verifier again mate and choose delete existing settings.
Verifier wouldnt even let me boot up.I seem to have a dodgy modem driver.
