I see nothing wrong with that as an avatar.

This is an international board. There are plenty of countries where topless sunbathing, male and female, are commonplace.

There is plenty of art where topless women form the main subject of the composition.

If I were to chose this as an avatar, would it be offensive



(shrunken to the proper size of course).

We have burned enough books today, in my opinion a topless picture is not offensive. Let us not become censors for the sake of it.

well there are mods, but this one is getting pretty much bored by reading the naked girls posts over and over and over and...
Biggest problem with the posting of nudity is that if only allowed one bit another member will post a better more dared pic and then the other will go...

why is there a problem with the avatar of your choice, well there won't be if....

@jonno, well it will certainly not make my day seeing you naked, but have you ever come to think of that some 1o year old girl is watching over her 12 year old brother's shoulder searching for some fun on this forum, sees your heavenly body...!!!! My guess in some countries they would fry you for doing that.

Let me make myself clear, me personally have no problems with the nudity pics, even pornographic, i really don't care... but this forum is ment for all ages! and therefor we just can't allow everything on it... and because we have no way to do some age verification we won't have a seperate place for pron/full nudity!

The "POST YOUR PORN PICS" topic was moved to our trashcan as we don't want this board turning into a porn / topless pic board.

I have to agree that your avatar is more art than anything else but if we allow your's then others will use your pic as reference for their avatars and it will turn in yet another "why is SH allowed to use his one and I am not" topic.

Avatars are a global function which means that your avatar can't eb approved (even if it is more art than anything else). If we allow it others will continue based on your permission and the board will change to a topless avatar board.

Another sad note: such problems should be discussed with mods or admins as it is a problem (at least to you since you seem to care) and I don't support any kind of polls or member votes if it comes to global decisions.
