If I look with Windows Explorer on HD it show me sometimes differnet filesizes:
One movie it show me one time 680 MB or so and on another place over 700 MB?
Is it a bug? Or does it have something to do with the was (magnetic induction) files are saved on HD?

You may be confusing between mb & KB.Some displays it in one some the other.
Just right click the file , properties.....& it'll show you the size. 680mb = 696KB

696.000 KB is far away from 680MB, cause &80MB should be 680.000KB, or not?

Ck-uk is right 680 mb is about 696000 kb:
1 mb = 1024 kb, hence 680 mb = 680 * 1024 = 696320 kb...

Actually, it's 696,320KB - but who's counting?
