with my xp1800 yes(maby 5 or 6 fps more in some games). but i oced my p2 350 mhz to 415 mhz and i dident see much diffrence. you would be better off ocing your video card

that is cause when your starting speed is 450mhz, 100mhz would be about 25% increase.
