The IP blocker should be in the Tools menu on 2.4.3, but it sounds to me as if when you installed 2.4.3 you must have unticked the box so that the IP blocker wasn&#39;t installed.
But it doesn&#39;t matter, because you can still get the IP blocker from http://www.aldostools.com and install it from there.
