and i want everyone to install the GROMACS thing its SOO EFECTIVE!

i had a wu tht was 2500 thingies long and i got it done in 24HRZ! thts over a 1000 in 12HRZ it helps ALOT!!! install it will make ur score go up
Hey, gimme a link where to DL FAHcore_78.exe
Cant seem to find it.
All this tech talk and no links.

Im on the team, i think, atleast im trying...

[/b][/quote]
u dont need a link or anything all u need to do is change the shortcut and as soon as the WU ur working on is done the program will download the core_78.... automatically and it will say in the log "gromacs"

thts wt i did...
it worked
also not all the projects are GROMACS based so once in awhile u will get a normal one... i got one yesterday....out of 400 taking soooooo long compared to the core_78

oh well...i can wait

My Blog
I'm still here.

Ok, was chatting about this with a friend on tha Chat.

Apparently this app might heat up the CPU if left alone,
any opinions on that?

I will install some CPU-temperature-controlling software now,
just to make my PC to shut down if it heats up too much.

Slinger,

Especially when you're folding Gromacs your CPU-temp can go up quite a bit.
For me this was a serious problem as I'm addicted to "silent computing" too, having a low airflow rig etc.

When you fold (and you should when you have your rig running anyway), keep an eye on those temps.

EDIT:

Motherboard Monitor is fine freeware to keep an eye on your CPU and HDs.
Regard the 65 degrees Celsius mark for your CPU as a border you shouldn't cross.

Han.

Ok,

Now I added a second rig to the Folding-community,
this time folding for team 34905 !

This might be my only chance to kick Lamsey's ass....

I assume you've all checked the Team statistics, and noticed that Lamsey isn't leading by THAT much

We still can catch him...

Han.
