remember if u have HYPER threading or some tht has dual processing (G5)

u have to run 2 instances of FAH for it to fully take effect or it will only work 50% of cpu

lol ill try and find FAH for MACs...lol

also im looking for a new sig....(banner)
i suck in photoshop....

btw check ur cpu TEMPS make sure they arent going too high!

for me my temp stays at 44 C unless when the heat is on it goes to 46-47 never higher then tht....and i hav overclocked my P4 [email protected]

I'll make a KLF forum sig as a supporters banner type thing tomorrow which people can feel free to use.

By the way, can you explain gromacs? ..

I installed the installer linked to in the first thread, set username and left running ... now it shows:

17/400 ..... 4%

Am I doing everything right or is there more to it?

Wrong, if that was the case, it would be saying more than just 1 active processor in Bigdawg's profile.

He has so many WU's because he overclocked unstably, and was bouncing WU's instead of completing them, they finish one frame, and fail and send in the work to the server, this, a WU is done, but no points are recieved, and a new WU is downloaded.

why wouldn't gromacs be included if its so much faster?

Anyone able to give me a 5 step guide to 'getting' gromacs.
I read that page but it makes no sense to me and isn't clear. Im not sure which .exe to make a shortcut as the one mentioned isn't in my folding@home folder ot startup folder.

Yeah, im about to take off for school, but you will have to explain this to me too, im probably already using it, just a bit confused.
