Disable the automatic restart feature:
Start>Contol Panel>Switch to Classic View>System>Advanced>Startup and recovery, settings>In the System failure: Remove the [ ] checkmark from Automatically restart. Press [OK] to save the setting.
Now instead of restarting, your computer will display an error message to help diagnose the problem.

after you do what vb said you will get a blue screen instead of it restarting, write down teh numbers and tell us them so we can sorta tell what the problem is. (ram, drivers etc.)
