When Making Animation

When making animation how do you get all the fancy voices and sound, I know nothing about sound

You need video editing software

simplest way which you probably already have - virtualdub
convert animation to avi - load into vdub\load audio-from wav finished.

I dont know about flash
but i use ulead media studio to add sound to animations.its quit simple and has audio editing program with it.

you may also need a microphone- record your voice through shitty windows soundrecorder - or sound capturee - audioeditor - or cool edit - or voice changer
with voice changer you can change the sound frequency of yuor vice easily (the others do the same a little more comples though.
