    You could probably upload FASTER if you limited upload speed to somewhere between 12 KB/sec and 15 KB/sec. Exact value depends on what a bandwidth monitoring program says your connection really CAN sustain.

    Having your ISP toss out random datapackets that go over your 128kb limit sucks, because it forces you to resend them -- and then they may even be tossed out AGAIN. End result: uploads run slower, downloads run slower, and web surfing can slow to a crawl.

    I ran a test and ran both Azureus and Netlimiter at the same time.
    I cant beilieve how many of you missed that sentance and literally took me serious of being a leech.
