On another note............

Besides the Guest section is not intended for help. They will not get any help only encouraged to sign up if they want help. Primary use of Guest section is for assistance if they cannot get on the board after registering, nothing more provided to them.

If we were to open up a guest section again, chances are we would lose the opportunity to get members vs. giving what they need without registering. Non-beneficial for the board in essence of growing

Make&#39;em take an IQ test.

FlatFace.net does this and I think it&#39;s great.

When they sign up, show the agreement for the board. Make it long. Somewhere in there, hide two pieces of info which I&#39;ll tell you about later.

Put an extra field named IQ in, which&#39;ll be a random 6-digit number that&#39;s posted in the agreement.

Then, have a fake submit button... and 20 other submit buttons. Tell them which one to click in the agreement.
