no with most plastics when u bend them they tend to become bendier.
i mean: as bendable as paper but u cant do any sharp creases. hey if its 5x% paper then its got to have something else in there to prevent folding (2% prolly the data layer anyways...)
It looks pretty solid from the pics, maybe it will be paper in a plastic coating or something.

Well, according to the article it's made of 51% paper. That means its half paper, and half something else. It still isn't completely made of paper, though you can still cut it, as shown in the pics.
Still neat though, if CD's can be made of paper these days, imagine CD's 10 to 20 years from now.
