Actually, I think learning some basics on music theory could help,
you could recreate the tune with Apps like Fruity Loops
if you knoéw something about chords and melody, well maybe you do, i dont really know.
If i want to do a cover song from scracth, i'd DL a midi file, import it on
the Dubase SX and work from there.
It can be a lot of work but also it can be fun too, the outcome.
I've done some covers just to learn to use the software, is kinda easier to learn
when you know how it suppose to sound like in the end. (But it never does, ha ha...)
