Can anyone tell me what it means?
I find it behind some of the courses I wanted to apply for but I can't find it's meaning anywhere

bout four foot two, give or take

I think one year of college you get an hnc, two years an hnd (higher naional diploma), three years a degree, four an hons degree....that is very roughly speaking, an hnc normally takes a year an hnd takes two years that sorta thing
