Media Streaming

I don't know if anyone here can help me, but how do I view streaming media, such as sites with an mms stream. Does anyone understand this, or media streaming?

Make sure the file type is associated with the player your using. Your browser should autoplay streams. If not then copy and past the link into Windows Media Player.
