Depends what I'm throwing, if it's a ball, javelin, discus etc. then I can throw fine with either arm but if it's something such as a bus or an elephant, then I struggle with either

As long as I've got a face

I'm right handed and I find I'm better at holding things with my left hand while I hit them with my right for intsance a nail and a hammer, I think that about all I can do with my left thats better than the right, If I was to hold stuff with my right while I hit it with my left it would probably go wrong, I suppose it the only thimng my left hands good for.

I am ace at thowing with my right arm when I'm not thinking about it - such as thowing things in the bin from dead far away its a goal every time. But if I concentrate I'm crap.

However when I pick up a guitar it has to be the left-handed way.

I can write with both hands but it hurts my head when I write with my left

    @ SB - lmao

I have known girls who throw with both arms.

In any case, good for you, Nik.

    Jonno-

    "Hundreds of yards"?

You realize this means, minimally, 600 feet?

Before I started taking Lipitor (cholesterol control; it really fucks with my joints/muscles), even as recently as 3 years ago, I could throw a football (American) 80+ yards, or throw a baseball over 400 feet; I had a pretty good arm.

In 2000, while honeymooning in NYC, I was showing off for a bunch of kids in the street throwing a football; I cranked one out there, and knocked the "cat" off the hood of an old Jaguar parked at the other end of the block.

The owner called the cops, th kids pointed at me, and the cops left me alone, because they didn't believe the kids.

    That was kinda neat.

BTW-I can throw a frisbee lefty, but anything else-ain't much goin' on.

    I won a competition @ school when I was 15, 204 meters with a tennis ball

Fucked my arm up doing it but I did it, closest to me was 196m

    I won a Nike T-Shirt and shorts

    Jonno B)

Edit: Thats before bounce, probably bounced and rolled another 50 meters or so

Too bad; between the two of us, we've got two fucked-up arms.

Would that we were both 15 again; we could entertain the others, I think.

You mean like with a throwing kind of 3 legged race?

Could you imagine the damage if arms were tied together to throw, would prolly rip out of the sockets

But I always was 'armless

    Coat anyone?
