Well your PC2100 ram is running at 266Mhz
to oc to 3200+ speeds, your ram will run at 400Mhz, so that's quite a heafty OC on your ram, probably won't be able to handle it.
New Ram would be a good choice.

yes that processor, a good mobo like the abit nf7-s or something is great, try to get nforce 2 chipset, and some pc3200 ram.
then, although the multiplier is locked, u can overclock it to 3200+ speeds.

some people, one that i can think of, has\have had trouble getting it to 3200+ speeds...but millions of people have got it to work so don't let that get u down.

either way a 3200+ will give very very little better performance over the 2500+ anyway.
you make me sound like i'm the only person in the world that can't go to 3200+...

    i can, just not stable

hey it's better than your "you can overclock easily to 3200+" line
    Ohh noo!!! I make dribbles!!!

and Ram for overclocking and stuff

if you think other ram or motherboard is better please tell me
great mobo and ram. nothing bad bout either. although ur ram might be overkill. i oc fine with some crappy samsung infineon ram and it's been at this speed for over 6 months with no probs. unless u really need tight timings, u can same some $$ for something else
