£40 is'nt a lot of help to me, erm........nor is 1/4 of a mil considering the asking price is £375,000 :helpsmile:
Spoke to my bank manager earlier (out of hours) and she said if the risk is good it has sod all to do with my credit rating (Eat that Manker )
So I'm off to the Business adviser 2morrow to see if I can get it
