Can someone please help. I have the Luzifer CS. They give a Hl2 Patch on their cd, and then they also give a "Steam Patch". How do i use these? I dont know where to start. There is no file in the CS directory named "patch".

it is a pretty good game, there are alot of textures and like i was kicking around a spare tire and it moved the way it should. the graphics are good, not like doom3 good where it screws up your computer. it is enjoyable good graphics. i would reccomend buying the game because.. say you buy one computer game all year, i think this would be the best one because its basically 2 games in one and half life 2 will probably be game of the year. I am very impressed with CS:S.
It is far more graphical and demanding then CS 1.6, Has some neat new models too.
First good thing Valve has done.....

i downloaded the game yeaterday , and i was very confused on how to set it up , considering the fact that the game doesnt install itself. i read the guide that came with it , but it was poorly detailed enough for me to follow along with it. If some one knows how to , and can give me a good clear way of setting it up with my steam account , i would be greatly appreciated with that.

There, i got it to work, but by just guessing how to do everything. Now when i double click on "Cs Source" icon, a weird dos prompt comes up, and then i double clicked on the dedicated server icon. Then some weird errors occurr, and the game launches.
