but i thought that i can burn xbox games on cd-r

Only rips are mostly Cd-r you should check the filesize before downloading. 2.5 GB never fits on a CD-r maybe you have a friend with a DVD burner?

yea my friend has a dvd burner but i theres not a way of that i can think of to get the game from my comp to his comp

if you right click the ISO you see add 2 archive...

You will get a window from Winrar -> @ the bottom on the left of that window

Just take the rar's you have and burn them onto discs.
