    blown fuse or overloaded circuit... both good explanations. also, if you are having extremely damp weather in your area: too much moisture in the air can set circuit breakers off. if that's what's doing it, all you can do is wait for the weather to dry up a bit.

    just find the fuse and swich it off and on again, if im reading this right..

    the problem is that it the vacuum cleaner keeps setting the fuse off, i can reset it (which is how i'm typing now ), just can't use the vacuum without blowing the breaker again

    i've tried it out in the kitchen, it works fine - problem with the breaker?
