    Have you scanned your h/d to see if it's got any bad sectors?

    No, do you know of any good bad-sector scanner program? I am suprised, I was able to download WinXP without a single error (yipee)

    Use the xp one, right click on C; drive > Properties > Tools tab > Check now.

    I just reformatted my hard drive... have all my hard drive back (yay!) maybe BitTorrent will work better as well

    my old hp had 128mb of pc100 ram (it's 6 years old), and bt works fine

    Great, my PC is still crashing because of BitTorrent... I started a download last night, it crashed at only 100 mb

    Update the drivers for your modem and graphic card.

    Alright, for the modem driver, all the drivers are for USB, and I don't use a USB to connect, I use a network cable, does that even matter?

    (My modem is a Toshiba PCX2600
