Filesharing always existed in one way or another. Napster kazaa and the like just brought it to the masses.

You Better Keep In Mind That I Can Read Between The Lines
Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to there level and beat you with experience!!
Yep, The sharing has been here before Metallicas issue,
that one made the public realize how easy it is.
There's no way anyone can stop the sharing, regardless of laws.
Maybe slow it down somewhat, but to stop it alltogether,
no way, as long as the internet is ON.
And where's the plug for that?
We've seen it all the time, some group of intelligent engineer makes a Digital Lock,
then comes a 15 years old dude with a little bit of time and interest and makes
a key for it. It wont work.
Region Codes, DRM and similar, what a dum idea.
MPAA and RIAA can only blame themselves, they shoulda come around with other solutions
than Legal Battle, that's just not enough.
Personally, I still go see movies on a theater because it is an experience,
a real CD is a real CD for audio + covers plus the fact that I do want to
support the Artists, but the way the Industry is built, the Artist does not get
much of a cash from CD sales only, I go see the concerts etc.
There has to be some other way around the filesharing than bunch of laws,
that is simply not enough.
First step --> Check the prices and who actually gets the cash.
Second --> Stop the production of Pop Star Idols, ie: products.
Third --> If the laws should be changed, changed to favor artists, not record companys.
ah, im full of ideas today, what the hell was on that coffee....
