Drill the fucker out from the outside with a diamond drill bit would be my best bet on that one. It sounds like you need a new lock anyways, if it was the c/l motor playing up you should still be able to open it with the key.

I work for a motor dealership in sunny England so if you need a new lock give us a shout and I might be able to get a good price for you (even with the price of shipping added on, apparently the UK has good prices for car parts.)

I've gotta work tomorrow anyhows so I might get a price for you.

    Look, stop being so dense.

Why don't you ask the chav you have locked in the trunk to hit the internal release.

with old cars you can just use a knife or a screw driver and stick it slightly into the hole and it turns the lock.

soo easy to do. One time i did it with my finger nail but i broke the finger nail so never tried that again.

Ok, so, we had to make a hole on the hatshelf (on the metalplate), a friend of mine released a plate that
hold the lock and the other parts, we was able to wiggle it open, sort of,
    even without braking much stuff.

The lock was then modified so now I can open and close the trunk,
but I cannot lock it before I buy me a new lock.

Just in case, Im probably going to get new locks on the doors also,
that would work on the same key. (for next 10 year before they're "done")

Overall, muchos swearing and some drops sweat, but I got a temporar
solution, which was all I needed now, sort of happy ending, heheh.

Thanks for "really good tips" and overall support.

    Spoiler: Show
