You don't need your own site. Some webhosts still let you host a sig, and there are webpages that will do it for you.

well thats great but it is FAR too big MAXIMUM size is 100k
I'll see what I can do with it to get it under 100k

but for now please remove it

Maybe a "pinned" check out my avator/sig would do the trick...
