Funny thread. My total traffic is above 500GB per month on my home connection and it's mostly 60% up and 40% down. So I believe I'm as accurate as I can be without logging more details when I choose 200GB +

I downloaded around 800gb last month. It was mostly to gain enough upload credit on private trackers though, so about 700 gigabytes of that was deleted after seeding.
