If it weren't for Elvis we would still be listening to all that creepy lounge music they listened to in the '30s.
I'm not a huge fan myself but one must admit that he opened the way for many musicians ( and insinuating dance moves)

I'm not a huge fan myself but one must admit that he opened the way for many musicians ( and insinuating dance movesI think that you will find that Rock and Roll was started before Elvis. As far as the UK was concerned Bill Haley and The Comets were the first 'Big Thing'. By the time Elvis came along a lot of other people had also jumped on the 'bandwagon' (Pardon the pun).
