    ok then. It works for me here... sometimes

    I do usually VBR for short videos and CBR for long ones.

    Anyone have any idea how to incode a movie with H.264
    I can't even find the codec. I thought I could just use QuickTime Pro 7
    but QT is very piky about what kind of movie files I can open.
    I'm LOST!
