If ever people are looking for missing of corrupt system files, you can just use the search feature in Windows to search the Windows XP CD. You will find the file your looking for. All you have to do is extract it from the cab files.

Also it might be in the "I386" folder in 'C'..might, cause it's for a program, not Windows.

if you search google for sonypvu1.sys it Fst comes up immediatly
Sony are a bunch of idiots for not supplying this essential file for their latest cameras
