I've only had turkey once and it was dry - it that why turkey usually tastes like? I lived on a chicken farm for about 1/3 of my childhood and for some reason developed a phobia of chickens ... turkeys are even worse!
Anyway ... enjoy peeps. I wonder how Mr. Bean celebrates Thanksgiving?

Yeah, everyone knows that, but most thanksgiving dinners also have a nice ham in addition to the turkey along with all the other customary foods and dishes. I think that was the op's point anyway. Turkey is overrated, and who says you really have to have it every thanksgiving? It doesn't have to be the best part of the meal for everyone.
