Have you got ports forwarded? That is normally the reason for the yellow light, you might also want to cap your uplaod a bit while you are downloading, normaly 90% of your total upload limit is good, otherwise you may be flooding your connection

PLEASE DON'T.
When lots of people on a torrent use super-seed,
it greatly reduces the torrent's efficiency.
The only people who should be using super-seed
are those doing initial seeding or re-seeding.
At this point it appears you are in the stages of downloading or should we say leeching...so along with the above perhaps you should change settings as well.

I know stuff ...
CornerPocket and muchspl2 spotted the problem the guys using Superseed while downloading and has his upload set to 0 (unlimited) ...and he complains that BitTorrent ain't working right.....well DUH!
If you attack the establishment long enough and hard enough, they will make you a member of it.

its not my pc cuz i am not abusing kazaa,emule,winmx,and other p2p progs i am using cuz they r working fine with the speed of 12-15kb
