If you are planning on overclocking above 400MHz FSB go for the OCZ, it is guaranteed to work up to 466MHz, the Corsair is not.
Anyway, I do not agree with Matt's idea that Corsair is better than OCZ. Each have products which are better than the other's in some respect.

Hmmm this is a close one. I say go with the Corsair also and if you can get PC3700 then all the better.
