1) this topic has been covered heavily, try the search button
2) there is more than one way to skin a cat.. "best and easiest to use" is a matter of opinion.. you won't find BOTH in one program.. sophisticated tools/progies generally require LEARNING in order to be proficient with the program

besides.. why would you want to convert mp3 to wav? this would only be useful if you are burning them to disk, in which case, 99% of the burning programs on the market do this for you...
