maybe if u have a 20TB buffer, you would really have to have a big one for someone to give you ScT for it, and then u would cry that you didn't get that much out of it, stick with TL for now

TL is not lvl1, its lvl2. And SCT it's not lvl10, it's lvl8. But these are the rarity levels. The content levels are: TL: 9 and SCT: 10. Although TL should be lvl10 too in the content rating.

TL is my favourite site, I have there 1TB buffer, and this buffer will be enough for me for several years I think. So, 10TB=1TB, because you can't leech 10TB.
